The Accountable Development Coalition had long opposed this proposed big box development in Santa Rosa. Although the Planning Commission denied the project, the ADC had concerns that the Santa Rosa City Council might approve it, so decided to do this four color mail piece to solicit public support for denial, and the City Council did indeed deny the project.
