After a failed ballot measure in 2016, the decision was made to put a new tax measure on the ballot in 2018 to fund parks County-wide, including City parks. This was the second of two mail pieces, and was designed to tug the voters’ heartstrings as well as brag about the long list of supporters. Measure M won decisively with 72.6% of the vote. This campaign had multiple English and Spanish versions of a flyer, multiple English and Spanish versions of a walk card, event invitations, signs, a billboard, t-shirts, buttons, cups, traditional and digital ads, and social media/email graphics.
